About the Product
The Fainger make Thermal Relief Valve is designed to open and relieve excess pressure from a liquid filled system.
When a liquid filled system is blocked in and heated, the resulting expansion can cause very high pressures. This built up pressure will be released by the Thermal relief valve. The heat source of thermal expansion can be heater, heat exchanger, heat tracing, solar or other radiant heat or external fire.
